Why It Matters

The Wrong Pump Is the Reason Stations Fail Early.

Lift stations don't fail because pumps are bad — they fail because the wrong pump was installed for the job. Undersized pumps short-cycle and burn out. Wrong style pumps clog or stall. Stations built without thinking about service end up unserviceable.

We've been installing and replacing lift stations across Arizona for 35+ years. We size pumps to the load and the lift, install them on proper rails, and lay out the station so it can actually be maintained.

What We Do

From Pump Swap to Full Station Install.

Pump Replacement

Failed or worn pump? We size, source, and install the replacement — rail-mounted for easy future service.

Full Station Installation

New construction or full replacement — wet well, pumps, rails, controls, alarms, and force main, built to spec.

Right-Sized for the Job

We size pumps based on actual flow, lift, and distance — not a guess. The station works the way it's supposed to.

Controls & Alarms

Modern control panels with high-level alarms and auto-dial options so failures don't turn into floods.

Expert Detail

Sewage vs. Grinder: Picking the Right Pump.

Sewage pumps move high volume at lower lift — the right call for most commercial and residential stations where the building isn't far below the sewer line.

Grinder pumps generate high pressure, which is what you need when the station sits well below the sewer main, or pushes a long, small-diameter force main uphill. Use a sewage pump where you needed a grinder and the station will struggle every cycle.

We spec the right pump to the actual application — not to whatever the supply house had on the shelf this morning.
