Complete Tank Pumping
We pump it fully, not just until it looks clear.
33 years pumping septic across the Valley, and Glendale's been on our route the whole time. We show up on time, pump the tank all the way, and give you a straight answer before we leave.
Glendale septic is handled by Maricopa County Environmental Services under Arizona's ADEQ rules — not the city. Permits for any install, repair, or expansion come from the county and have to be in place before the work starts.
Most of Glendale is sewered, but north Glendale and the rural-edge lots still run septic. If you're up there on a bigger lot, odds are you've got a tank to maintain.
Selling? The state requires a certified inspection within six months of transferring the property, with the report to the buyer before closing. We do the inspection and keep your timeline on track.
