Your final cost

What will my service cost?

Every septic pump starts at $395 for the first 1,000 gallons, then $200 for each additional 100 gallons we pump. Your final cost depends on your tank size and how full your system is — and because your leach pit and drainfield hold extra volume, we measure the exact gallons live on our digital gauge. You only pay for what we actually remove, with no surprises.

Important to know

Tank size doesn't always equal how much we pump. Your leach pit or drainfield can hold hundreds of additional gallons, which isn't always obvious upfront. These prices are estimates — your final cost depends on what we actually pump, measured live on our digital gauge.

Good to know

Answers before you call.

How big is my septic tank?

Most residential tanks in Arizona fall between 1,000 and 2,000 gallons. A 3-bedroom home is typically 1,000–1,250 gallons; 4–5 bedrooms usually means 1,500 gallons or more. If you have your original install paperwork or septic permit, the tank size is listed there. If not, we can identify it on site before we pump.

What should septic pumping cost?

For a standard residential tank, expect $395 for the first 1,000 gallons and $200 for each additional 100 gallons we actually pump. Labor is $125/hour and an excavator (when needed) is $225. That's it — no trip fees, no surprise add-ons. Our prices are posted publicly because we believe you should know before we show up.

Why was my invoice more than the size of my tank?

Your tank isn't the only thing holding liquid. The leach pit or drainfield connected to it can hold hundreds of additional gallons of effluent, and a proper service pulls that down too. We measure everything live on a digital gauge so the number on your invoice always matches the number of gallons we actually removed.
