This site is operated by Steel Septic and Environmental, LLC, a licensed and insured septic services company based in Apache Junction, Arizona, serving the Greater Phoenix Valley. When this policy says “we,” “us,” or “our,” it refers to Steel Septic.

We collect two kinds of information: what you give us directly through our forms, and basic technical information your browser sends automatically.

Information you give us

• Name
• Phone number
• Email address (inspection requests)
• Property address
• Project type, issue, or inspection reason
• Any details you choose to add (timeline, lot info, notes)

Information collected automatically

• IP address and approximate location (city/region level)
• Browser type, operating system, and device type
• Pages visited, referring site, and time spent on each page
• Ad interaction data (which ad brought you to the site, whether you submitted a form afterward)

We do not ask for payment information on this site, and we do not collect Social Security numbers or government IDs through the website.

We use the information you submit only to:

• Respond to your quote, repair, or inspection request
• Schedule and complete the service you asked about
• Follow up with related questions, estimates, or reports
• Keep records required for permits, warranties, and taxes
• Measure which ads and pages bring in real customers so we can spend our advertising budget responsibly
• Show our ads to people who have visited the site before (remarketing) and to people with similar interests, through Google and other ad platforms
• Improve the website, fix bugs, and prevent abuse

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone, and we do not use form submissions for unrelated marketing campaigns.

Form submissions are stored in a secure backend database. Access is limited to office staff and technicians who need it to dispatch and complete work. We use industry-standard practices to protect data in transit and at rest, but no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

We share information only when needed to do the job you hired us for, or when required by law. That can include:

• Technicians and subcontractors assigned to your service
• County or state regulators for permits, ATU compliance, or inspection filings
• Real estate agents or title companies you ask us to send a report to
• Law enforcement or courts when legally required

We never sell, rent, or trade your information to third-party marketers.

We use cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, measure traffic, and run advertising. The third-party services we currently use or may use include:

• Google Analytics — measures how visitors find and use the site (pages viewed, device type, approximate location). Data is aggregated and used to improve the site.
• Google Ads & Google Ads remarketing — lets us show our ads on Google Search, YouTube, and partner sites to people who have visited steelseptic.com before, and measure which ads lead to phone calls or form submissions.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel — if enabled, used for similar advertising and measurement on Meta platforms.
• Call tracking — phone numbers shown in our ads may route through a tracking service so we know which ad generated the call. Call content is not recorded unless we tell you on the call.

These third parties act as independent data controllers for the data they collect through their own cookies and tags. Their use of that data is governed by their own privacy policies.

How to opt out or control tracking

• Block or clear cookies in your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge all let you do this).
• Opt out of personalized Google ads at adssettings.google.com.
• Opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
• Opt out of many advertising cookies industry-wide at Network Advertising Initiative or Digital Advertising Alliance.

By submitting a form or calling us, you authorize Steel Septic to contact you by phone, text, or email about your request and the work that follows. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying STOP to a text or telling us on a call.

We keep request and service records as long as we need them to support the work, honor warranties, and meet legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations. After that, records are deleted or archived securely.

You have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct information that is wrong or out of date
• Ask us to delete your information from our systems (right to be forgotten), subject to legal record-keeping requirements
• Ask us to stop using your information for marketing
• Withdraw consent for phone, text, or email follow-up at any time

Our services are directed to property owners and real estate professionals. The site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted on this page for a reasonable period.
